We painted both of these adorable pieces in Miss Mustard Seed’s Milk Paint in Kitchen Scale. They are so different, but are a great reflection of my style. I love the fancy medallions and cool legs on this table…

And I love equally the rustic lines and turned handles of this tea cart…

And if you’ve met me, you know I loooooove this color! Kitchen scale for the win again!!

This shelf is the perfect size and shape, and now it is the perfect color! Great for a bathroom, an awkward corner, a kids room for extra storage, and on and on…We painted 2 coats of Miss Mustard Seed’s Milk Paint in Grain Sack with Bonding Agent mixed in and finished with a coat of furniture wax. Where do you need a shelf?

We have been loving Miss Mustard Seed’s Milk Paint in Layla’s Mint the last few months. We’ve finished a few pieces, like this desk, in our clear furniture wax…(sold)

We’ve also been adding some dimension to the pieces with our custom mix of furniture and antiquing waxes, as seen in this cool nightstand (doesn’t it look like a radio cabinet?)…

I like green and navy and gray and teal and aqua. These are my colors. I have to make myself paint pieces of furniture in other colors for the store. I’ve been adding a Mustard Seed yellow piece in every now and again and, I must say, I’m starting to like yellow more and more. Here’s what we’ve been up to…

You have to look closely to see the difference in the before and after for this piece. We stuck close to the original color but had to sand and paint over the sloppy paint job the previous owner had given it. We also added some depth with a coat of our custom mix of antiquing and furniture waxes and replaced the ugly brass knobs with some beautiful ceramic knobs from the hardware bin.

We love Miss Mustard Seed’s Milk Paint in Typewriter. A lot. Here are some pieces in typewriter we’ve sold lately… all our finished with our antiquing wax.

We are on quite a roll with the drum tables and side round tables lately! This was had the fabulous lion pull on the drawer so we made sure to take it off before we painted and then put it right back on when we were done. The table got three coats of #missmustardseedsmilkpaint in Eulalie’s Sky and a coat of white wax to protect it. I think this would be a great side table in a kids room or nursery!
