This dresser did not last long – about three days or so in the store! It is a beautiful old piece, very solid, with unique details. We painted it in Miss Mustard’s Seed’s Milk Paint in Layla’s Mint on the outside and Boxwood on the inside. Painting tonal accents is one of my favorite things to do when we paint the drawers. It’s a nice surprise to open the drawers and find a different color and I like to do versions of light green/dark green or light blue/dark blue.
We added a coat of MMSMP antiquing wax to play up all the details and some of our favorite floral knobs from the hardware bin. We hope the young lady enjoys this lovely piece!
