The school window is my favorite every year. We almost didn’t do one this year because of how busy we were getting our kids back to school! We were a week late but pulled together some letters, maps and school desks to make it happen!
We pulled some of our salvaged letters to spell out “Back to School”…
The old teacher’s desk is from the 1880s complete with a pull out drawer and inkwell. We incorporated one of our cursive papers, a vintage map, a jar of chalk and a kid sized coat rack…
A chalkboard, thermos and yearbook from 1933 are nestled on an old oak student desk refreshed in Miss Mustard Seed’s Milk Paint Kitchen Scale.
We hope you will stop in for a peek! And, if you’d like to see some of our other school windows, check out our Pinterest page!!
