Two pieces that turned our beautifully in Jolie Graphite! I was just telling my most recent participants in our Jolie beginner class how much I love using graphite on medium sized pieces. The advice I gave them when choosing between Graphite, a soft black, and Noir, a true black – if you are in doubt, go with Graphite because you can always make it darker by adding a few coats of Jolie Black Wax.
